Private Sessions are one hour and by appointment only. Personal training appointments are conducted either in a clients home gym, a high-rise private gym, Sonie’s location or in the location of the trainer. Sonie can provide a trainer who will come to you in most locations of the United States. We are able to work with whatever equipment you have, however we ask that you provide a list of what you have so that we can plan your experience. Please also provide Doctor’s authorization that you are free to participate in an exercise program.
